Nutrition Counseling

At Access to Healthcare Network, we understand that there is no such thing as a one-size-fits-all diet. That’s why we offer a comprehensive range of personalized nutrition services designed to meet the individualized needs of each of our clients. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, manage a chronic condition, or simply learn more about food and nutrition, our Registered Dietitians (RDs) are here to help!

Our team of compassionate and highly trained Registered Dietitians (RDs) will work with you to identify foods that fit your unique lifestyle, preferences, and nutritional needs and create a personalized plan that works for you. Together, we’ll help you meet your health goals and achieve the long-lasting results you’ve been looking for – all while enjoying foods that you love!

Medical Nutrition Therapy

Good nutrition is a cornerstone of good health. At Access to Healthcare Network, our Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) program is designed to help prevent and manage a variety of health conditions, such as diabetes, heart disease, kidney disease, and high blood pressure.

One of our knowledgeable and experienced Registered Dietitians (RDs) will meet with you to review your medical history and provide disease-specific nutrition education and recommendations based on your needs. We’ll break down the latest research and help bring clarity to the often overwhelming and conflicting nutrition messages coming from the media and loved ones.

With the support and recommendations of our dietitians, you will learn how to set realistic and achievable nutrition goals and develop lifelong strategies for healthy eating.

What to expect:

  • During your initial consultation, one of our dietitians will review your medical history and discuss current eating habits, personal food preferences, and health goals

  • Based on this assessment, your dietitian will provide personalized nutrition recommendations and work with you to develop a plan for achieving your health goals

  • Your dietitian will offer ongoing education, accountability, and support to help you to overcome barriers and keep you moving forward toward your goals
