- Our health Insurance case managers will assist eligible consumers with all aspects of enrolling, activating, and troubleshooting the health insurance enrollment process.
- Our health Insurance case managers will assist in creating an account and submitting an application through the appropriate payer source.
- Our health Insurance case managers will review eligibility and plan details to enroll in a health insurance plan.
- Our health Insurance case managers can assist during the open enrollment, or outside of open enrollment with a qualifying life event.
- This program may assist consumers in paying for their monthly health insurance premiums.
Medication Assistance (Nevada Medication Assistance Program – NMAP)
- All eligible Ryan White consumers will have access to our Medication Assistance Program. This program allows the Nevada Medication Assistance Program to pay for consumer’s formulary medications.
- Eligible consumers will have access to tax preparation services at the end of the year. This service is for qualified individuals that received advanced premium tax credit the prior year.
