To help protect the health of our clients, our staff, and our community as a whole we will no longer be providing in-person assistance at our offices until further notice. Our dedicated staff will still be here to provide you the assistance you need over the telephone. This includes enrollments into our Access Medical (Medical Discount Program).

Paying for Your Access Medical (Medical Discount Program) Membership Fee
Many of you may be experiencing not only Health uncertainty, but also financial uncertainty because of COVID-19.
Access to Healthcare Network is here to help you, DO NOT CANCEL YOUR MEMBERSHIP!
There are several ways that you can pay your Access Medical (Medical Discount Program) membership fee:
- Online – You can go online at https://www.accesstohealthcare.org/paymemberfee/
- Over the Phone – You can call our fiscal department at 775-284-1900
- Mail – You can send a check or money order to: 4001 South Virginia Street Suite F Reno, NV 89502 – Please include your account number.
- In-Person – If you are unable to pay your membership fee online, over the phone, or via mail, we are still able to accept payments in person at our Reno office located at 4001 South Virginia Street Suite F Reno, NV 89502.
